Note

Uncommon. The author, a weaver, proposes that the Scottish wool trade would be best served by emulating the methods for the production of fine quality woolen goods used in Norwich and finds fault with the arguments advanced to the contrary by Patrick Lindsay in "The interest of Scotland considered" (Edinburgh, 1733).
