Description

Large 4to (29 x 24.5 cm) and 3 sheets (64.5 x 25 cm). Programme: [8] pp. with illustrations after various artists; annoucements: black lithograph on blue, yellow and pink papers, designed by Goncharova; fold in centre, one with light sunning to an edge and small tear. Sheets loose as issued, programme in printed pictorial wrappers.

Note

Fine group related to the third ball of the Union of Russian Artists in Paris, given only on July 11th, 1924 'from midnight to 6am'. The programme shows in particular fine plates by Picasso and Granovsky, with also an interpretation of Manet's 'Olympia'.
