Decoratively bound copy of the limited american edition. A record of Diaghilev's revival of La Belle au Bois Dormant at the Alhambra Theatre in London in 1921. This deluxe edition with its spectacular illustrations commemorates Bakst's costumes and sets for a ballet so lavish that it nearly bankrupted Diaghilev.
