First and limited deluxe American edition, number 41 of 100 numbered copies signed by Arthur Rackham; 4to (295 x 240 mm); illustrated with a tipped-in colour frontispiece and a further 11 tipped-in colour plates, all with captioned tissue guards, numerous in-text black & white illustrations, the odd spot to first and last few leaves, else fine; publisher's deluxe full vellum binding, stamped in gilt; replacement silk ties; top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed, as published, illustrated endpapers, mild age discolouration and slight bowing to upper boards, otherwise very good indeed; (xvi), 147, (1) pp.

Limited edition, number 649 of 750 copies signed by the artist; large 4to (320 x 260 mm); 20 tipped-in colour plates, very mild peripheral spotting to first and last few leaves, thereafter the odd, random spot; publisher's decorative vellum, top edge gilt, others untrimmed, replaced silk ties, slight darkening to spine, very mild dust-soing and slight bowing to baords (as usual), otherwise a very good copy of this beautiful edition.

First edition; one of 350 copies signed by the artist, with original ink & wash drawing of a dog below the limitation details; 4to (290 x 225 mm.); 12 tipped-in colour plates with captioned tissue guards, vignette title and illustrations, all by Cecil Aldin, internally excellent; publisher's vellum-backed white boards lettered in gilt, top edge gilt, others uncut, slightly marked with some browning to top-edge, rubbed at one corner, but overall very good.

Limited edition, number 192 of 500 copies, signed by the Thomson; 4to, (320 x 265 mm); 20 colour plates with engraved and captioned tissue-guards, further engraved illustrations and vignettes throughout, contemporary ink presentation to front fly-leaf toning to extremities, occasional, light spotting to endpapers and some text margins, worming holes to outer margins of final leaf and rear fly-leaf, otherwise near-fine; publisher's cream vellum, heavily gilt panelled and blocked to upper cover and spine, top edge gilt, others untrimmed, replaced tie ribbons to style, age-toned (as usual), more so to spine, slight abrasion to outer edge of upper cover and mark to rear one, otherwise very good-plus.
