First edition, one of 150 copies only; large 8vo (268 x 175 mm.); 5 plates by Charles Ricketts, internally very good; original burgundy morocco, elaborately ruled & blocked in gilt to a design by Ricketts, with his monogram to the foot of upper & lower panel, a little rubbed at spine-ends, but really an exceptional copy, top edge gilt, others uncut.

One of 750 copies; 8vo; title-page and colophon printed in red & black with devices; publisher's blue boards, lettered in black directly to spine, a little very light marking, but overall a near fine, sharp copy, uncut.

number 493 of 525 copies, this one of the special copies bound in full morocco, inscribed presentation copy from the author/artist; folio; printed in black, red & blue, pictorial half-title, frontispiece, additional pictorial title, letterpress title with vignette device, black & white illustrations throughout, including full-page, gilt pictorial endpapers, bookseller's small sticker to verso of front free endpaper; original full blue morocco, gilt rule edged, gilt silhouette design to upper cover, spine lettered in gilt, spine very slightly dulled, but really a fine example, gilt edges, marbled board slip-case.

Limited edition numbered no 19 of 95 on papier Impérial Japon (total number of copies 475); folio (37 x 29 cm), 312 pp, signed by both the author and the illustrator on half title, one manuscript letter by the illustrator and a manuscript poem from the author inserted loose before half title, interleaved pages of various sizes, 28 plates in five colours with 28 additional black and white plates at the rear; bound in contemporary brown calf, art deco style spine with gilt lettering and flower design, slight wear on spine, overall a fine copy.

L. Schmied with 15 supplementary plates not called for in index and two extra suites of all the illustrations, one in colour, one in monochrome; original wrappers protected by chemises and slipcase; slipcase slightly rubbed, with one joint starting to split.

Limited to 525 copies signed by the Author; tall 4to; black & white plates and illustrations by Flint, page headings printed in red, first capital of each paragraph in blue; publisher's half morocco over white cloth with silhouette decoration, original slip-case, near-fine.
