First edition, 2 vols; folio (30 x 22 cm); illustrated throughout with photographic plates; original green cloth bindings with cricket scene in white, gilt lettering to front cover and spine, minor fraying. A very good copy.

17vols; 8vo (220 x 150 mm); vols 1-4 with title: Frederick Lillywhite's cricket scores and biographies of celebrated cricketers...; vols 5-6 with title: Arthur Haygarth's Cricket Scores...; vols 7-14 with title; Marylebone Cricket Club Cricket Scores...; vol 15 with title; MCC Cricket Scores...; 2vols of: An Index to Marylebone Club Cricket Scores and Biographies from 1865 to 1866 being a continuation of Frederick Lillywhite's scores and biographies from 1772 to 1854, compiled by Roger Heavens, Cambridge, 1996; contemporary ink inscripton to half-title of vol. v and ink ownership to half-title of vol. xiii, very occasional browning and the odd spotting but in the main, very clean and bright; modern half crimson morocco over cloth, panelled spines gilt.

First edition, first printing, inscribed by the author; 8vo; publisher's burgundy cloth backed blue boards, titles to spine gilt, pictorial endpapers, with the dust jacket. Spine rather cocked, smudge to upper board, but a near-fine copy in the dust jacket.

First Trade edition, thick 8vo (200 x 155 mm), pictorial frontispiece and 10 further plates, numerous vignettes within the text, some minor spotting, mostly to preliminary and terminal pages, toning to extreme edges of some plates, not affecting the illustrations, else very good; modern half morocco, gilt cricketing devices to spine, in excellent order; xiii, [2], frontispiece, 429, [1] pp, 2 pages of advertisements.

First edition; slim 8vo; engraved frontispiece of a croquet lawn, age-toned, a few light spots, hinges split but firm, otherwise internally very good; publisher's limp pinkish-orange beaded cloth, gilt lettering to front cover, rubbed, a few marks, otherwise still bright and in very good condition.

Limited edition number 309 of one thousand copies printed, folio, xiii, [blank] 421pp., twelve tissue-guarded photogravures and numerous illustrations, many taken from photographs, tissue-guards toned, else fine, publisher's chamfered red morocco gilt, marbled endpapers, gilt Anthemion dentelles and all edges gilt, boards slightly bowed, else near-fine.

Sml. 4to., title heightened in gilt, illustrated frontispiece, six further plates, one map, numerous illustrations and decorations, contemporary quarter morocco over cloth, rebacked preserving contemporary backstrip, top edge gilt, others untrimmed, light age-toning to paper and a few spots to endpapers otherwise in a very good state.
