Two volumes folio (68 x 52 cm). 55 chromo-lithographs, including the 2 frontispieces, all with guard paper, by Dickinson Brothers after Joseph Nash, Louis Haghe and David Roberts, finished by hand and heightened with gum arabic, title printed in red and black with woodcut initials; some marginal spotting on the plates, some light browning in text leaves. Contemporary green half morocco, gilt-ruled borders, gilt spine in compartments, all edges gilt; rebacked with original spine laid down.
