A rare first edition. This volume including all three counties was only issued in three editions. After 1884 each county was issued separately. The endpapers are dated "June 1868". The author was His Honour Judge William Henry Cooke (1811-1894), brother of Murray's partner Robert Cooke.
First edition. pp. xxviii, 183, 56 adverts dated 1868, folding map at rear, slightly spotted and with small tear, 3 plans, bookplate, ink signature on title-page, original brown cloth gilt, slightly worn at top and bottom of spine; overall a good firm copy.
