Unusual cloth binding. In 1889 Baedeker for a brief period used a batch of pale pink cloth. It was an unsuccessful experiment.
Seventh edition. viii,pp 360pp, 3 maps and 15 plans, 45pp street index at rear, loose front free endpaper, previous owner's signature in ink; publisher's variant pink cloth binding, slightly worn, upper board partly detached; a good copy.
