A superb example of the Golden Cockerel Press's 'Special' copies, handsomely bound in morocco by Sangorski & Sutcliffe. The fine colour plates by Lavinia Blythe provide perfect accompaniment to Dryden's poems and songs, and are reminiscent of the illustrative style of Rex Whistler.
