2 vols; large 12mo (160 x 110 mm - 6 1/2 x 4 1/2 ins), forty-two and fifty illustrations by John Tenniel, respectively, slight toning to half-titles, else fine; modern full crimson morocco, gilt panelled with 'Alice' motifs to corners of upper boards, decorated endpapers and all edges gilt; housed in a dark green cloth slip-case with pull-ribbon, a very fine set.
