4to (28.5 x 23 cm); title with engraved vignette portrait of John Gay, Table of the Songs, Dramatis Personne 1777, Introduction, the playscript, and music score with libretto on 46 engraved plates; toned, a few random spots or marks, otherwise very good; later full polished calf, contrasting green morocco lettering-piece, scuffed with minor wear to extremities but very sound; viii, 48pp. 46 plates.
