First edition, 8vo, vi, 134pp., illustrated with 16 tipped-in original photographs by Richard Caton, contemporary blue crushed morocco gilt extra by Fazakerley of Liverpool, covers with gilt borders and fancy geometric corner pieces, gilt panelled spine in six compartments, gilt lettered direct to second, others richly gilt, gilt inner dentelles, all edges gilt, joints lightly rubbed, a fine copy.
