Our most recent appointment, Jeffrey joins Shapero Rare Books as Sales Director, working alongside all the departments to devise sale strategies and explore new avenues of opportunity for the business. Drawing upon thirty years’ experience in the antiquarian and retail book trades, as well as the auction world, Jeffrey’s experience in business development and client strategy will be an invaluable asset to the business going forward.

Jeffrey began his career at Maggs Bros. in 1988, after which he became managing director at Heywood Hill. Most recently he was International Client Strategy Director at Christie’s, with responsibility for Client Strategy for the World Art and the Books & Science Global Business Groups.
