Lewis and others after Dodwell and Pomardi, mounted on card with printed captions on slips to verso as issued, accompanying text leaves in English and French; contemporary red half morocco, spine in seven compartments, morocco label to second, others richly gilt within framed borders, raised bands, marbled sides, all edges gilt, a fine copy.

Landscape folio (33.5 x 46.3 cm), 30 albumen prints (average 21.5 x 26 cm., or the reverse), mounted recto only, most with manuscript titles to mounts, 'Marion & Co., 22 Soho Square, London', blindstamp to front free endpaper, contemporary dark green half morocco, pebbled cloth boards, title label in morocco to upper cover, red edges, metal clasp, some fading, spotting (mostly to mounts), rubbed and slightly bowed

  8. Third edition. 2 volumes, 4to, 2 folding maps, 2 facsimiles, 2 leaves of engraved music, 17 finely hand-coloured and 1 uncoloured aquatint plates, modern blue half morocco gilt, a little light toning, a very good copy.

  9. First edition, folio (59.2 x 43.8 cm), engraved title page, dedication, 52 pp., 12 engraved vignettes in text, 40 fine hand-coloured lithographs by Lemercier after Dupré, all plates titled and numbered, and blind-stamped with the artist's monogram encircled; complete with the Turkish Firman, text leaves a bit spotted, small marginal repair to lower blank margin plate 1, last plate a little toned with small marginal repairs to verso, all tissue guards taped to verso of preceding plate, contemporary Greek red half morocco gilt by Lardi of Athens with his ticket, neatly rebacked, corners renewed, covers a little spotted.

  10. First edition. Landscape folio (67 x 54.5 cm), title-page printed in blue and black with pictorial lithograph vignette (restoration to edges and corners not touching text), dedication leaf with pictorial headpiece (long tear into text repaired not affecting sense), subscribers leaf (preface to verso), leaf of contents,14-page explanation of the panorama, engraved plan of Athens, 6 lithograph views of Athens on india paper by Lebaché after Lange, the panorama on 10 lithograph sheets by Lebaché after Stademann, each with onion skin overlays showing the prospect in outline with key numbers, plates 1, 3, and 4 with very short tears to fore-margin repaired, not touching image, well preserved in modern blue morocco-backed cloth portfolio with leather label to upper cover, ties.
