First edition, first printing, inscribed by the author; 8vo; 3 black and white photographic plates, including frontispiece, unmarked internally; publisher's black cloth-backed yellow boards, red lettering to spine, minor soiling to extremities, with the price-clipped pictorial dustjacket, slightly dust-soiled, minor creasing to corners and head and foot of spine panel, else very good.

First edition; 8vo; monochrome portrait frontispiece signed by Vivien Leigh and Laurence Olivier, numerous monochrome plates from photographs, mild peripheral spotting to preliminary and terminal leaves, mostly to the plain endpapers; publisher's maroon cloth, slight dust-soiling, pictorial dust-jacket, chipped and creased at extremities, three short, closed tears but in the main, a rare survival.

First edition; 4to; black & white photographic illustrations, publisher's white cloth, lettered in black, tiny stain to upper edge of front cover, large one to rear cover, offset to dust-jacket, the exterior of the jacket near-fine with only mild dust-soiling.
