  1. Limited edition, one of 1650 copies on velin pur fil de Rives, 3 vols, 4to ( 24 x 19 cm); illustrated in colour throughout after original watercolours by A. E. Marty and ornaments after R. Jacquet, marbled pink endpapers; later half burgundy morocco over gilt marbled boards, signed Jean Etienne, in corresponding marbled slipcases with morocco entries, spines slightly sunned, an excellent set.

Limited edition, one of 200 copies on Japanese Ho-sho paper, from a total edition of 350; two parts in one volume; 8vo, (26.5 x 19 cm); text in French, 28 colour woodblock illustrations, including frontispieces, additional black illustrations throughout text, red velvet endpapers; publisher's red morocco, pictorial covers, top edge gilt, gilt lettering to spine, modern dustjacket in red half-morocco, modern red morocco bordered slipcase, overall an excellent copy.

Limited edition, inscribed by Douglas Cooper to William McCarty, one of 500 copies; oblong 4to, (24.3 x 30.5 cm); inscription in blue ink to front free endpaper, frontispiece, 24 full-page hors-texte illustrations, very light spotting to prelims, some minor marginal toning, otherwise unmarked internally; publisher's grey paper-backed boards, front cover lettered in black, stain to bottom edge of front cover, board edges and spine slightly toned, overall an attractive copy; 21pp text, 24pp descriptive text.

  7. Limited edition, one of 2 examples printed entirely on vellum from a total edition of 502 (numbered in ink on the justification page and signed 'Rouveyre et G. Blond', 8vo; engraved title and additional engraved title in sepia, illustrated throughout after 'Henriot', pseudonym of Henri Maigrot, a.e.g.; finely bound in brown morocco by Chambolle-Duru, covers with triple gilt filet, spine in six parts with raised bands, decorative gilt tooling, original printed vellum wrappers heightened with gold bound in, housed in a custom yellow cloth clamshell box with brown morocco label to spine, an excellent example.
