  1. First edition in Latin; folio (45 x 32.5 cm); 325 of 326 leaves (lacking final blank), calligraphic woodcut title, 1809 woodcut illustrations from 645 blocks by Michael Wolgemut and Wilhelm Pleydenwurff, some with contemporary hand-colour, occasional light toning to leaves, partly washed, some minor finger-soiling; 19th century full red morocco by Petit, inner dentelles gilt, spine with six raised bands, gilt lettering to second and third compartments, all edges gilt, marbled endpapers; an excellent example of this important work.

Landscape folio (40 x 54 cm); title-page with portrait of the artist and 24 lithographs mounted on thick paper, bound with a further 28 plates from a later work, some minor stains but overall very clean, marbled endpapers, a.e.g.; contemporary red morocco gilt, with gilt lettering to upper cover, edges rubbed and corners bumped.

Elephant folio (82 x 60 cm); 39 plates with plate numbers printed in the top right corner (starting with plate 41), light foxing to a few plates, a few plates a little loose; bound in contemporary boards with wrapper attached to upper cover, metal corner protectors to upper and lower covers, wrapper stained.

First edition, second issue with woodcut device to title, woodcut head-piece (angels) on p. 3, and woodcut tail-piece (rod with leaves). 8vo., 222, [2 (blank)] pp., extensive mid-19th century ink annotations on endpapers, minimal spotting, gutter of title page and last printed leaf recently reinforced; untrimmed in contemporary paste-paper boards, manuscript label to spine, sewn two-up on sunken cords, corners a little bumped, extremities rubbed, some paper loss to spine, otherwise a very good copy.

  5. 4to (330 x 240 mm.); 8 amusing moving tableaux comprising: A Butterfly Catcher, Woman at the opera, Billiard Player, a boy presenting flowers to his Granny, A Beer Drinker, A boy Stealing Apples, The Angler, The Latchkey and the Arrest of the Turk, each with a rhyme printed opposite, finger-soiling and some light offsetting from rusty rivets but colours still bright; publisher's illustrated, paper-covered boards, cloth spine rebacked, dust-soiled, rubbed and chipped on extremities but all considered very good.
