First edition, printed in Arabic type-set in red and black, complete, small 8vo (165 by 110 mm); Arabic text within ruled borders, key words and phrases printed in red, printed catch-words and wood-block printed devices, ownership and bibliographical inscriptions to front free endpapers (in Arabic and Italian, probably nineteenth-century), clean condition internally; contemporary blind embossed morocco, stamped in gilt with coptic-style central and corner medallions of a floral motif, upper cover a little darkened and soiled, otherwise a good copy.

First edition, first impression; 8vo; light spotting to endpapers, otherwise unmarked internally; publisher's dark grey boards, gilt lettering to spine, orange topstain, light spotting to fore-edge, with the unclipped pictorial dustjacket, a very good example.

First edition, first printing, signed presentation copy from the author; 8vo; publisher's boards, very slight tinge of sunning to extremities, dust-jacket by Craig Dodd, a little minor toning, but overall a very good, unclipped example, with the author's portrait to lower flap.

Holograph manuscript, 22 leaves of unlined paper, in black ink; 12mo (15 x 10.2 cm); light toning, short closed tear to one leaf; 6 leaves of unlined paper, in pencil; 4to (27 x 21 cm); horizontal centrefold, light toning and soiling, slight edgewear; schoolbooks: 2 vols, 8vo; in black ink and pencil, original drawings, some loose leaves inserted, slight toning; black and maroon cloth-backed boards, paper label to upper covers, some wear to spine ends, binding loose but holding, extremities rubbed.

First edition, first impression, signed by the author; 8vo; illustrations by Faith Jaques, internally fine; publisher's purple cloth, gilt lettering to spine, with the unclipped pictorial dustjacket by Faith Jaques, light creasing to edges, otherwise an attractive example.

First edition; 16 vols, 8vo; includes signed edition of 'Waiting for Godot', limited to 200 numbered copies; publisher's black cloth, spine and front cover stamped and lettered in gold. Some interesting marginalia to the first volume, spines uniformly faded as always. An excellent set.

High quality half tone image of Beckett mounted on tan card and signed on the mount; in fine condition.

First trade edition, first printing (only preceded by the private edition of just 35 numbered copies); small 8vo; somewhat browned internally as always with the papier courant issue; original wrappers printed in blue and black, in the very early, if not original glassine, very light vertical crease to backstip but an absolutely stunning copy and rare thus; contained in a custom-made, blue cloth drop-down box.

First edition, presentation copy; 8vo (22 x 14 cm); inscribed in black ink on the upper flyleaf 'For Douglas Matthews, with the author's gratitude [...ý] Oxford 30.10.80'; in the publisher's blue cloth with title to spine, bottom of spine slightly faded, with the dust jacket, a little sunned otherwise a fine copy.
