First edition, first printing, inscribed by the author; 8vo; publisher's burgundy cloth backed blue boards, titles to spine gilt, pictorial endpapers, with the dust jacket. Spine rather cocked, smudge to upper board, but a near-fine copy in the dust jacket.

First edition; 12mo (163 x 110 mm), slight age-toning to leaves, the odd, very minor spot, otherwise near-fine; mid twentieth century half green calf over marbled boards, maroon lettering-piece and gilt devices to spine, some spotting to endpapers, slight fading to spine, otherwise very good.

First Trade edition, thick 8vo (200 x 155 mm), pictorial frontispiece and 10 further plates, numerous vignettes within the text, some minor spotting, mostly to preliminary and terminal pages, toning to extreme edges of some plates, not affecting the illustrations, else very good; modern half morocco, gilt cricketing devices to spine, in excellent order; xiii, [2], frontispiece, 429, [1] pp, 2 pages of advertisements.

First edition; 8vo; 15 fine, hand-coloured aquatints by Rawlins, a few marks and light spotting to early pages and tissue guards (not affecting plates), otherwise bright; publisher's full green morocco gilt, errata slip, toned, spot to upper cover, a few scratches to rear one, otherwise very good, modern cloth box, a very good copy.
