The Sleeping Garden
Kristjana S Williams at Shapero Rare Books
From 25th November to 24th December, Icelandic artist Kristjana S Williams will host her second solo exhibition at 105 New Bond Street, London.
‘The Sleeping Garden’ is a collection of work inspired by the artist’s study of the history of art, literature and natural history, and encompasses elements from antique Victorian engravings to 1950’s pop culture, as well as inspiration from iconic authors and artists including CS Lewis and celebrated Walt Disney artist, Eyvind Earle & Dali.
