8vo, 4 pp., small marginal tear to first leaf. Facsimile copy of the original programme, including copy of pencil marks and signature of James Rothschild on p.2. Text in English and Hebrew.

Typescript with autograph annotations, 2 pp., 4to, n.p., annotated by JFK at the upper margin, slightly toned, very small tear to top edges of pages, small creases to corners.
