Working with the Marketing Manager, under the Sales Director, you will manage our advertising budget across an array of platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as other paid channels we choose to explore. Unlock your creativity and seize opportunities to widen our organic search efforts, expanding the reach and visibility of keywords associated with our exceptional products.
While not mandatory, an appreciation and interest in rare books and contemporary art would be highly desirable.
Job Outline
- Daily monitoring of all paid channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to identify potential opportunities (and risks) and take appropriate action.
- Conduct keyword research to ensure optimal optimisation for our product keywords.
- Pull data from Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Search Console and Google Trends.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports for account performance.
- Analyse reports to improve campaigns and predict trends.
- Work with our team to optimise website and landing page content to enhance the customer's journey and maximise the effectiveness of the PPC campaigns and SEO.
- To own and drive success in Organic Search, employing SEO best practice.
- Support the marketing team on content creation and website update tasks.
Essential Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience creating impactful Paid Ad Campaigns and executing SEO strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills for ad copy.
- Proficiency in Excel (and Google Sheets).
- Strong track record in managing medium to large-sized paid ad budgets.
- Proven successful track record of managing: Google Search Console, Google Discovery, Display and Video Campaigns.
- Facebook Business Suite.
- SEO strategies and best practice.
- Desire to learn other areas of marketing such as organic social, link building, content marketing.
Desirable but Non-Essential Skills
- Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Canva and Mailchimp.
