We offer a three-month non-salaried placement at Shapero Rare Books’ New Bond Street HQ.

During your placement you will be assigned a broad range of tasks, working with the Marketing Manager, under the Sales Director, and will gain a thorough understanding of Marketing in an international rare book and art business.

Working hours:

• Flexible to include at least 3 days per week in our New Bond Street offices

 Tasks will include:

• Working on Social Media assignments across all platforms
• Driving new content creation for video platforms
• Creating content for e-marketing campaigns
• Optimising content across platforms and websites
• Updating Magento and WordPress platforms
• Supporting the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks
• Assisting with Private Views and special events 

 Qualifications / Expectations:

• Degree level minimum
• Keen interest in the arts
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Familiar with design software such as Canva, InDesign or Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of Shopify preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively with good problem solving skills
• Work well as part of a diverse team
• Excellent time management skills
