Third edition. 2 vols, pp lviii, [4] 1- 287, vi, 4, 290-560, 48 adverts dated 1890-91, 80 maps and plans, some full-page, some underlining in red on few pages, one map repaired with tape on reverse; publisher's red cloth gilt, some very minor wear on upper cover of vol one, tiny hole in lower cover of vol two; overall a very good copy with gilt lettering bright.
