First edition. xxviii, 368pp, 16 maps and plans, publisher's list tipped in before title-page with previous bookseller's stamp, slight spotting throughout, part of the front free endpaper lacking ; restored preserving all of the publisher's old type red cloth gilt, a little worn at edges; a very good copy.
