Limited edition, presentation copy, from an edition of 500 copies, this copy unnumbered; 3 vols; folio (27 x 21 cm); 'Presentation Copy' stamped in purple ink to limitation page of each vol., bookplate to front free endpaper verso of each vol., illustrated with 36 tipped-in colour-plates after drawings by W. Russell Flint; crushed red morocco by Bayntun (Riviere), panels ruled in gilt, gilt spine in 6 compartments, top-edge gilt, others uncut, a few trifling marks to boards, slight spotting to fore-edge, otherwise internally clean, near fine.
