A beautiful collection of 36 semitone photogravure plates presenting the modern style of interior design in Paris. The work includes the homes of Robert Mallet-Stevens, Maurice Dufrêne and Francis Jourdain. Contains an introduction in French by Henri Clouzot, curator of the Musée Galliera, along with French captions to each plate.

Folio (46 x 34 cm); 6pp of introduction in French by Henri Clouzot, 36 loose (as issued) full-page black & white illustrated plates, lightly age-toned, small tear (approx. 2cm) to p.5 of introduction, else very clean and bright internally; quarter green cloth over illustrated grey paper boards, tied close with 3 green strings, one loose from upper board, minor wear and very light marks to paper boards and joints, slight age-toning to extremities (as expected), corners slightly bumped, else very good; 6pp, 36pp.
