The original first German edition was published in 1914 in commemoration of the tenth anniversary of Herzl's death and to coincide with the Leipzig Zionist Convention, which was held on 14th and 15th June 1914.

Second Congress Address, delivered in Basel, August 28th, 1898.
Third Congress Address, delivered in Basel, August 15th, 1899.
Fourth Congress Address, delivered in London, August 13th, 1900.
Fifth Congress Address, delivered in Basel, December 26th, 1901.
Sixth Congress Address, delivered in Basel, August 23th, 1903.

First English edition, 8vo (22.8 x 15.3 cm), original printed wrappers, with some chipping to edges, splits to spine, but still holding; four pieces of ephemera laid in: two small postcards and one personal note, possibly by previous owners, and a facsimile of 'A Joint Resolution Favoring the establishment in Palestine of a National Home for the Jewish People'; 40 pp.
