Mixed editions; 10 volumes, small 8vo (180 x120 mm); illustrated with numerous colour plates by Brock, edited by R.B. Johnson, occasional minor spotting to some vols, more pronounced to half-title of vol. II of Sense and Sensibility,which also has two, small marginal marks to title-page, contemporary ink gift inscriptions, both dated 1899, to blank verso of front free endpapers in Persuasion, Emma and also in Northanger Abbey, the last also with more evident spotting to preliminary leaves, neat (rather beautiful) contemporary ink, gift inscription, dated 1906 to half titles of both volumes of Pride and Prejudice and Emma, in mostly to preliminary pages of Mansfield Park, otherwise very good internally; publisher's grey cloth decorated in blue and gilt, top edges gilt, others uncut, with mild wear, light dust-soiling to spines and a small area of rubbing to upper cover of vol. I of Sense and Sensibility but in the main, very clean and bright.
