First edition in English; 8vo (20 x 14 cm); 8 chromolithographed plates, further monochrome plates, 2pp. ads to front, 14pp. publisher's catalogue and ads to rear, bookplate to front pastedown, title detached from text-block, further ff. starting to come loose but holding; publisher's oatmeal pictorial cloth, macaw design to upper cover and spine, spine ends and corners slightly bumped, front hinged cracked, otherwise internally clean, very good.
