A lovely copy of Kate Greenaway's Book of Games in very good condition with bright, colourful illustrations.

First edition; 8vo (24 x 19 cm); near-contemporary pen inscription from 1911 to front free endpapers, 24 full page illustrations engraved and printed in colours by Edmund Evans, light soiling to margins of a few leaves, occasional small mark, otherwise a bright, very good copy; publisher's yellow cloth boards with black, red and green illustrations and gilt text, page edges yellow, slight age-toning and fading to spine, some wear to upper and lower joints, one or two small dents and light scuff to rear panel, else a lovely, colourful edition; 64pp.
