First edition, number 30 of 75 copies prepared and painted by the author. Kenneth Patchen was an American poet and novelist who was known for experimenting with different forms of writing and incorporating painting, drawing, and jazz music into his works. He was a central influence on the San Francisco Renaissance and the Beat Generation. Poem-Scapes was published as Jargon 11.

Octavo (199 x 128 mm), pp.52. Original boards hand-painted by Patchen, rear pastedown with hand-painted limitation, some chipping to paint at spine and rear cover. A very good copy.
