Urban Landscapes No. 3
Stock Code 102220
1981
He often incorporates reflective surfaces, such as shop windows and shiny cars, yielding mirrored imagery that serves to enhance what the naked eye is capable of perceiving. In Double Self-Portrait (1976), for example, the artist and an entire street scene behind him are reflected in meticulous detail against the glass façade of a diner.
The complete set of eight screenprints in colours, 1981, on Fabriano Cottone paper, with full margins, all signed in pencil and numbered from the edition of 250 (there were also 15 artist's proofs), published by Parasol Press, Ltd., New York, sheet 50 x 70 cm. (19¾ x 27½ in.)
