Good-Bye to all That.
London, Jonathan Cape, 1929
First edition, first issue with reference to spiritualism on p290 and unauthorised transcription of poem by Siegfried Sassoon on pp341-343; 8vo; photographic frontispiece portrait, 7 plates and maps including one double-page; publisher's light red cloth, a very good copy, in the original dust-jacket. A very good copy in the dust-jacket with a deal of thinning to the front panel. Nonetheless a striking copy of the withdrawn first issue.
