First edition, signed on front free endpaper; sml. 4to (220 x 190 mm); colour and black & white photographic illustrations; publisher's black cloth, lettering in white to spine, slight fading to edges, pictorial dust-jacket, toned, slight rubbing to extremities, otherwise very good.
