Mixed editions; 6 vols in 5, sml. 8vo (188 x 135 mm); illustrated by Hugh Thomson except for Pride & Prejudice, which is by Charles Brock, age-toning or spotting to illustrated frontispiece tissue-guards, spotting to endpapers and some of the advertisement leaves, with only some spotting to the half-title and title-page of Northanger Abbey and the odd minor, peripheral spot to a few leaves in Emma, otherwise internally near-fine; publisher's highly decorated cloth, gilt lettering and all edges gilt, mild rubbing to extremities, spines evenly faded, otherwise very good indeed and in all, a most attractive set.
