First Italian edition; folio (37 x 26 cm), 117 woodcut illustrations (including 10 full-page), woodcut initials, some contemporary ink marginalia of pointing fingers or grotesques of birds, faces, bagpipes etc., upper margin trimmed close, occasionally affecting headlines, some repairs to marginal tears, some slight worming to margins with a few leaves repaired, occasional browning, some light water-staining, mostly towards end, S5 torn and repaired, previous owner's pencil signature inside and another ink inscription on front free endpaper; bound in later vellum-backed boards, spine ruled in gilt with red morocco label, slightly rubbed.

First edition, landscape 4to (22 x 28 cm); complete set of 20 offset lithographs on thin wove paper, all with hand-colouring, with 'The Estate of Andy Warhol' and 'Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts' stamps to lower pastedown, numbered in pencil 'PM 13.0150'; original hand-coloured lithographed paper boards, a pristine example.

Limited edition, numbered 57 of 150; folio (48 x 35 cmO; complete with 10 drypoints printed in colours, each signed by Dali in pencil, each numbered 57/150 on Richard de Bas paper; each protected by transparent sheet, text in Italian, printed title and justification pages, printed cream dust wrapper, slightly marked, all loose and housed in red cloth foldover box with title lettered in silver; a fine copy.

  4. First edition; folio (545 x 390 mm); 61 engraved plates on 54 sheets, many double-page or folding by Bartolozzi, Zucchi and others, subscription list, occasional light spotting; contemporary calf gilt, rebacked, corners repaired, boards rubbed, a very good example; iv, [viii], 33, [i] pp.

  5. Limited edition, one of 1000 numbered and signed copies; oblong folio (355 x 265 mm); with one photographic portrait by James van der Zee and 32 colour plates; publisher's cloth binding with dust-jacket, slightly age-toned at the margin of the margin, otherwise a near-fine example.

Limited edition, one of 250 copies from a total edition of 270, signed by the artist on the justification page, on Arches; folio; 50 original lithographs after Chagall, of which 31 are hors-texte, printed by Mourlot, loose as issued in the original printed wrappers; housed in the original cream vellum portfolio box with title in gilt to cover and spine, a fine copy.

Limited edition, one of 150 examples on Arches, from a total edition of 170, signed by the illustrator on the justification, 4to (30.5 x 26 cm); numerous illustrations printed in colour after Schmied, 14 of which are full-page, head and tail pieces, initial and decorations also after Schmied, many heightened in gold and silver, frontispiece signed in pencil by the artist, a.e.g.; finely bound by Charles Lanoë in blue morocco with intricate Art Nouveau onlay design with gilt detail to covers and spine, patterned silk doublures, marbled endpapers, original wrappers bound in, a fine example.

Small 4to, [12], 20, [4], 21-980, [4] pp., couple of pages of the Epistle dedicatory with ink splashes (causing minor loss of text), light old browning pages 940-957, pages 951 - 976 intermittently shaved close at head, last leaf with small repairs to inner margin (not affecting text), modern contemporary style blind-stamped calf by Bernard Middleton, overall this is a very pleasing example which opens well throughout, an excellent copy.
