Our copy with the engraved portrait frontispiece noted in ESTC N34469 (5 institutional copies), but with the additional 12 plates and 53-page index only recorded for the earlier Urie editions. Some of the plates have been printed over what appears to be old paper stock from the earlier Urie editions.
