A very good first edition of this murder mystery novel by Florence Leighton Pfalzgraf, uncommon in the jacket and in such admirable condition. The author would go on to write earnest historical works on the US Coast Guard Service, strangely enough.

First edition, first impression; 8vo; some minor scattered foxing, toning to endpapers as usual; publisher's blue cloth ruled & lettered in black, spine slightly toned and bumped; dust-jacket, with some toning to spine, slight edge-wear, but overall very good.
