Austria is also included in this volume, along with the Sudetenland, which had been annexed by Germany and named 'The Proctectorate of Bohemia and Moravia' and the Memel territory which was regained from Lithuania. This copy also contains the extremely rare general road map issued by DDAC which was issued loose with the book but is usually missing.
