First edition, limited to 300 copies, this numbered 279; 12mo (18.5 x 11.5 cm); inscribed from the publisher to 'Mr. A. R. Squire', note and sown four leaf quire loose in wrappers as issued, a touch or rubbing to extremities otherwise fine.
