Four Days in LA accompanied Steven Meisel's 2001 exhibition at White Cube Gallery, London. These large-format photographs were originally made for a Versace advertising campaign, acclaimed at the time for portraying grown-up women instead of images of teenagers, which were ubiquitous in fashion and style magazines. The photos were taken in grand Los Angeles residences and feature Amber Valetta and Georgina Grenville in elegant clothes with dressed platinum hairstyles, full make-up and jewellery.

First edition; (364 x 257 mm, 14¼ x 10 in); colour photographs; charcoal endpapers, purple cloth-covered boards, titles stamped to spine and lower side in iridescent blue, photographic reproduction mounted on upper side with holographic title, contents shaken but holding firm, minor toning to margins.
