Margaret Hilda Thatcher, Baroness Thatcher, was a British stateswoman who served as Prime-Minister of the United Kingdom from 1979 to 1990 and Leader of the Conservative Party from 1975 to 1990. She was the longest-serving British prime-minister of the 20th century and the first woman to hold the position.

This is a first edition copy of her collected speeches over these years, signed by her to the title-page.

First edition, flat signed on the title-page; large 8vo (240 x 165 mm); unmarked internally; publisher's black boards with gilt lettering to spine, green endpaper with bookplate to front, photographic dust-jacket with gilt lettering, spine slightly faded, else near-fine condition; [xviii], 667pp, [1]pp.
