A wonderful, signed volume from 1959, when the Royal Academy of Arts exhibited ninety-one of Sir Winston Churchill's paintings. This book contains full-page illustrations of forty-four of those paintings with an introduction by Charles Wheeler.Signed 'Winston S. Churchill' in black ink on the title-page; 4to (25 x 18.5 cm); 44 full page illustrations in both colour and black & white, occasional mark or crease, else very good; card covers with illustration to upper cover and Royal Academy insignia to lower cover, some fading or minor soiling and light creasing to corners, else very good; 48pp.
