A gorgeous collaboration between two 'difficult' people. Arguments between them are not recorded but this was their only collaboration. Great little book.
First edition, first impression. 4to; publisher's 3/4 black cloth, metallic silver sides, black topstain, with the Lewis-designed dust jacket. Silver oxidizing as always, a superb copy in the lightly spotted dust jacket, somewhat frayed and one more substantial tear but with minimal loss.
