First edition, 6 vols; 8vo (22 x 14.5 cm); illustrated with maps and charts, foxing to preliminary leaves of vols I & II; later 20th century modern full blue morocco, gilt lettering to spines, top edges stained blue, remaining edges and endpapers, lightly spotted, bindings a little rubbed with a few minor scratches, otherwise good.
