First editions, first impressions; 8vo (194 x 133 mm); illustrated by Eileen A. Soper, black and white or monotone full-page illustrations and vignettes within the text, very slight age-toning to paper, otherwise near-fine, illustrated dust-jacket by Soper, minor chipping to spine extremities and corners, slight fading to spine, a few spots to edges of text block but not affecting margins, otherwise a very good, bright and not price-clipped.
