Shepard, light offsetting to endpapers and half-title, else unmarked internally; publisher's red cloth gilt, top edge gilt, pictorial endpapers, corners slightly bumped, slight rubbing to corners and spine ends, with the first state dustjacket, extremities slightly rubbed and toned, a few nicks and short closed tears repaired with tape, spine darkened; a very good copy in the moderately worn dustjacket.
