Noel Coward was one of Britain's most well-loved and highly regarded playwrights, penning classics such as Blythe Spirit, Private Lives and Hay Fever.

First edition, first impression, inscribed by the author on the title page; 4to (25.5 x 17.5 cm); black and white illustrations throughout, a little age-toned but unmarked internally; publisher's brown cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine, photographic dust-jacket, a little toned, small abrasion to upper panel, occasional chips to edges from wear, small tear to lower spine, though largely unnoticeable when laid flat, else very good and bright; 272pp [together with] notelet and letter from Coward to friends, both signed, and photographic Christmas card from 1970, all very good condition.
